About AIR UNIQON

We connect regions.

Nonstop from Lake Constance to Berlin and Hamburg

AIR UNIQON was set up at Friedrichshafen Airport, with the support of the regional economy. Since 12 January 2026 we have been flying nonstop between Lake Constance, Berlin and Hamburg.

Our idea is simple: regions that are far apart by car or train move closer together with us. For a meeting in Berlin or Hamburg without a day on the road, and for a short trip in either direction.

    At home on Lake Constance

Friedrichshafen is our home airport. Lake Constance Airport is small and easy to find your way around, and from here the whole region is within reach: Austria and Switzerland are right next door, the Alps about an hour away.

    • Friedrichshafen Flughafen station right at the terminal
    • 10 to 15 minutes by train or taxi to the town centre and the harbour
    • Messe Friedrichshafen right next to the airport
    • By boat to Meersburg, Lindau and Konstanz, by ferry to Romanshorn in Switzerland
  • The Berlin TV tower seen along the Spree, with modern apartment buildings and trees

Nonstop instead of stop and go

By car or train, the journey from Lake Constance to Berlin or Hamburg easily takes a whole day. With us, the flight to Berlin takes as little as 1 h 30 min and to Hamburg 1 h 35 min, with no traffic jams and no changes.

That is why we exist: regions that lie far apart move closer together. For a meeting the same day, and for a weekend by the lake or in the city.

    On board

We fly the Dash 8-400, a turboprop made for short routes: 78 seats, no crowds and short walks when boarding and leaving. And because it flies lower than a jet, you get more of the view.

Our network is growing

Today we connect Lake Constance nonstop with Berlin and Hamburg, Germany's two largest cities. By car or train they are a whole day's journey away, with us as little as 90 minutes.

That brings both sides together: if you live by the lake, you are in the capital by the morning or on the Elbe by the afternoon. If you live in the north, you are on the lakeside promenade by the evening. For business trips, the times are set so that a meeting the same day is possible.

And we keep expanding our network: new destinations are in preparation. As soon as a route is confirmed, you will find it among our destinations.
